🔒 How It Works & Privacy

Brand Profile — Your name, tagline, website, and accent colour are stored only in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to any server.

Gmail Integration — When you connect Gmail, this app requests only the gmail.compose permission, which lets it create email drafts in your Gmail account. It cannot read your existing emails, access your contacts, or send any email automatically. Every draft is created in your Drafts folder — you review and send it yourself.

Tokens — OAuth tokens are stored in secure, server-side httpOnly cookies. They are never exposed to JavaScript or stored in localStorage.

Pro tip — Keep your subject line under 50 characters for best open rates. Use [First Name] as your personalisation token — Beehiiv, ConvertKit, and Mailchimp will auto-replace it. Toggle the CTA Button off if your email doesn't need a call-to-action. Add an Inline Image URL to embed an image directly in your email body (max 8 MB). Add a Video Slug and Video Poster Image URL to embed a clickable thumbnail that links to your watch page — video cannot play inline in email clients, so a poster image is used instead. Watch pages live at /watch/<slug> and map slugs to Vimeo videos via watch-map.json.
